Job description

  • Supervise all areas of a store's operation by assigning and directing all the work performed in the branch.
  • Manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
  • Drive service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain your store to the highest product and service quality and overall brand standards.
  • Maximise store sales through operational excellence and staff management.
  • Manage cost controls in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Manage shifts and staffing effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and regular evaluation of store cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure that controls and procedures are implemented to protect the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds .
  • Ensure that the cash handling and restaurant banking procedures are adhered to ensure compliance.

Minimum requirements

  • Matric.
  • Quick service restaurant (QSR) experience.
  • Previous experience managing a QSR branch.
